What you can and cannot publish

Folloverse's content rules, reporting options, and what moderation can mean for per-creation charges.

Folloverse's Terms of Service explain what you may publish and how you may use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use Folloverse, whether you create or support creators.

Content that is not allowed

Under the Terms, you must not publish, promote or sell:

  • Pornography or explicit sexual content.

  • Sexualized nudity or fetish content.

  • Paid adult entertainment, escort services or sexual services.

  • Content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts.

  • Content promoting illegal activity, violence, hate or harassment.

  • Fraud, scams or other business activities prohibited under the payment processor's policies.

The Terms allow non-sexual artistic nudity and suggestive or PG-13 content only when it is not pornographic or sexualized and complies with applicable laws.

If you are unsure whether your planned work fits these rules, contact support through Help before publishing.

Rules for creators and fans

Do not use Folloverse for illegal purposes, harass or threaten others, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or misuse platform data, or infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.

Creators retain ownership of their content and grant Folloverse the hosting and distribution permissions described in the Terms.

Report content

While signed in, use the report option on a post, product, profile, comment, community thread or thread reply.

Choose Spam, Harassment, Nudity, Violence or Other, then select Submit Report. Choosing Other lets you add details.

For a copyright complaint, follow the notice instructions on the DMCA page. That page also explains counter-notices if you believe a copyright removal was mistaken.

What can happen after moderation

Folloverse can remove or restrict content under the Terms. Accounts can also be suspended or terminated. An automated check or a report is not a promise that content will remain available.

For a post that charges per-creation members:

  • When moderation removes or hides the post, charges for it that have not yet been included in an invoice are cancelled.

  • Charges already included in an invoice are not automatically refunded by that removal. A refund request is handled separately under the refund policy.

  • If a moderator restores the post, eligible unbilled charges can be restored for memberships that are still active and are not marked as having a payment failure. The member's cap for the original charge month is checked again. Restoration is not a guarantee that every earlier charge will be recovered.

These rules describe per-creation post charges. They do not mean that removing one post automatically refunds a monthly membership or a separate one-time purchase.

Ask about a decision

Contact support through Help with the content link and an explanation of why you believe the decision should be reviewed. For a copyright takedown, use the counter-notice process on the DMCA page.
